Thomas Falck was previously CEO of OSE listed technology company Q-free, partner in Four Seasons Venture III and Managing Partner of Verdane Capital IV. Falck also co-founded the investment and consultancy firm Agenda Capital, and has held operational management positions in global IT companies, and served on the board of a number of unlisted and listed businesses including Kongsberg Automotive ASA and Vizrt ASA. He has been Chairman of the Norwegian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (NVCA) and a director of the European Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (EVCA), along with NORBAN, an organisation for Norwegian angel investors. Mr Falck was initially trained at the Norwegian Naval Academy in Bergen and has served on submarines. He then took an MBA at the Darden School of Business Administration, University of Virginia.

Hans Aasnæs is Senior Vice President of the UMOE Group, and runs his own farm at Sande in Vestfold. He has previously worked for the Storebrand Group, including as CEO of Storebrand Kapitalforvaltning, and at Orkla Finans and was a scholarship student at the Norwegian School of Economics in Bergen (NHH). Aasnæs has served as Chairman and on the board of various companies and organisations, including Formuesforvaltning, Storebrand Eiendom, Norsk Tillitsmann ASA and Verdipapirfondenes Sikringsfond (Norwegian Fund and Asset Management Guarantee Fund). He graduated in agricultural economics at the Agricultural University of Norway in Ås, and has since completed Masters studies at NHH, qualified as a Chartered Financial Analyst, and completed the Program for Executive Development at the IMD Business School in Switzerland.

Slungård has broad experience from both politics and private business. She currently holds the position of councilman in Stjørdal municipality. Past experience includes being the Mayor of Trondheim municipality as well as executive positions at Sintef and Enova. She has considerable board experience from SIVA, Statsskog, Vital Forsikring, Simens, Meråker utvikling and Adresseavisen. Slundgård has been a member of the corporate assembly at Statoil where she also chaired the election committee. Slungård has studied economics, marketing and communications at Trondheim Business School and BI – Norwegian Business School.

Thor Egil Five holds a M.Sc. in Marin Technology from NTH 1985. He has 15 years of experience from Kongsberg McDermott, Norwegian Petroleum Consultants and Statoil - R & D, early phase development of oil/gas fields and development projects on the Norwegian continental shelf. In 2000, he established the Statoil cooperate venture company - Statoil Innovation AS. In 2006, he entered as one of three partners and established the seed funds ProVenture Seed I and II. He has participated as an active investor, mostly as chairman and board member, focusing on strategic and organization development, financing and exit processes. He has been involved in the development of several technology startup’s - EMGS, Resman, Marin Cybernetic, Numerical Rocks, Dynamic Rock Support and GasSecure. Today he holds positions as chairman of several start-up/growth companies.
